ومن رأى أن ميتا يشتكي من رأسه فإنه مسؤول على تقصير في أمور والديه وإن اشتكى من عنقه فهو مسئول عن تضييع ماله أو صداق امرأته ، وإن اشتكى من يده فهو مسؤول عن أخيه أو شریکه أو عن يمين حلف بها گابا، وإن اشتكى من بطنه فهو مسؤول عن حق الوالد والأقارب، وإن اشتكى من رجله فهو مسؤول عن إنفاق ماله في غير رضى الله وإن اشتكى من فخذه فهو مسئول عن قطع رحمه، وإن اشتكى من ساقيه فهو مسئول عن فناء حياته في الباطل

ومن رأى أن ميتا يصلي بالأحياء فإنم مقصرون فيما فرض عليهم من الطاعة
ومن رأى أنه دخل خلف میت دارا مجهولة ثم لم يخرج منها إليه يموت

ومن رأى أن ميتا معوقا قد مات ثانية وكان لمؤته بكاء قاه يزوج بعض أهله فيكون فيهم عروس وإلا مات من عقبه إنسان وإن لم يكن له عقب فموت نظيره أو سمية
ومن رأى أن ميتا بين وحاله على غير سواء فإنه يدل على سوء عمله و مجازاته على أفعاله القبيحة
ومن رأى أن جماعة من المؤتى بمكان يأكلون شيئا فإن ذلك الشيء يكون غاليا
